Shipping
Nationwide: Flat rate shipping fee of 935 yen (tax included)
- A flat shipping fee will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.
- Excluding some remote islands (Please inquire if you live on a remote island.)
- Since products are handled by different stores, they may be shipped from multiple locations.
In such cases, you will not be charged duplicate shipping fees. - If there are multiple delivery destinations, a shipping fee will be charged for each destination.

- For credit card payments and cash on delivery, items will be shipped within 3 business days.
- For bank transfers, please deposit the payment to our designated account within 3 days. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation (bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility).
- International shipping available: We offer PayPal payment / EMS shipping.

- If an item is out of stock at our store, it may be shipped from another affiliated store. (Misanga International affiliated stores: ANATOMICA SAPPORO / ARCH / genre)
- Please inform us if you wish to specify a delivery date and time.
- For cash on delivery shipments, an additional handling fee will be added to the total purchase amount. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen (tax included)
- 10,000 yen or more but less than 30,000 yen: 440 yen (tax included)
- 30,000 yen or more but less than 100,000 yen: 660 yen (tax included)
- 100,000 yen or more but less than 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen (tax included)
- Please note that time-specific delivery may not be available in some areas, such as rural districts. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Member Registration and Points
You can use our point service by registering as a member.
- 2 points awarded for every 100 yen (excluding tax) / 110 yen (including tax) spent on product purchases (2% cashback)

- Points will be reflected within 24 hours after shipping.
- Points have an "unlimited" expiration date.
- Points cannot be used in conjunction with discounts. We appreciate your understanding.
If your points are not reflected, please contact us.
We will manually award the points.
Cancellation after Cash on Delivery Shipment
We do not accept cancellations due to long-term absence or refusal to receive after cash on delivery shipment. For cancellations due to long-term absence or refusal to receive after product shipment, you will be charged the actual round-trip shipping fee and cash-on-delivery handling fee, and any bank transfer fees incurred will also be your responsibility. Furthermore, we will not accept orders from customers who have canceled due to long-term absence or refusal to receive even once.
Returns and Exchanges
- Upon receiving your product, please immediately check if it differs from your order. We strive to ensure that product photos are as close to the actual product as possible, but please understand that there may be slight color differences depending on your monitor.
- If you receive a product different from your order, or if you receive a defective product (missing items, discoloration, damage to unopened items, etc.), please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of product arrival. If a new product can be secured, we will exchange it; if the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund. The shipping costs incurred will be borne by us.

- Please note that we cannot accept consultations regarding exchanges or returns under any circumstances if more than 4 days have passed since the product arrived.
We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Returns due to customer's convenience (e.g., "it's not what I imagined," "the size doesn't fit," "I dislike the smell caused by dyes or product processing")
- No prior contact was made.
- More than 4 days have passed since the product arrived.
- The product has been used, washed, dry-cleaned, repaired, etc.
- The product has dirt or scratches, or has absorbed odors such as tobacco.
- Tags, packaging, boxes, or other accessories of the product have been soiled, damaged, or lost (if tape, shipping labels, etc., are directly attached to the packaging, boxes, etc., when returning to us, it will be considered damage, and we may refuse returns or exchanges).
- Sale items
- Items for which returns are explicitly stated as not possible on the product page, such as pierced earrings, underwear, innerwear, and leggings (spats).
- Multiple items of different sizes or colors were purchased for the purpose of returning them. *By law, there is no cooling-off period for mail-order sales.
