【ANATOMICA FRENCH GARMENTS】

As the name suggests, ARTHUR is derived from "Arthur Rimbaud", the "precocious genius".It is based on the duster coat worn by him, who was both a poet and a trade merchant.

However, it does not simply reproduce the original design; the pattern has been modified in the Anatomica style.The shoulders are neat, and the silhouette is an elegant A-line that flares out towards the hem.

The fabric is ramie, exclusive to the Kyoto store. Ramie is a linen material that Japan boasts to the world, and was used in formal attire for samurai in ancient times. We use vintage fabric made approximately 100 years ago.
