The model name "DOLMAN" is derived from the name of soldiers during the reign of Napoleon III, and is based on the workwear of the French army at that time.
The wide body and thick armholes are typical ANATOMICA patterns, designed for ease of movement.
The fabric is 100% cotton corduroy made in England. While HEAVY CORDUROY is 8-wale, BABY CORDUROY is 12-wale, giving it a light and soft texture. *Wale is the number of ridges per 1 inch (approx. 2.54 cm).
