This is a special custom-ordered model from "FANNI LEMMERMAYER," made for the first time in 40 years since Pierre of ANATOMICA made his original order for his legendary shop "HEMESPHERE" in Paris.
FANNI LEMMERMAYER is a manufacturer specializing in pearl knit products made from 100% alpaca yarn, established in 1877.
They use rare alpaca hair, which can only be harvested once during the animal's growth, to create their uniquely vibrant and brightly colored yarn.
The thick 2-ply fabric, when crafted into a bell-sleeved cardigan, creates an even more classic atmosphere.
